Nigerian politician, Senator Abiola Ajimobi has been confirmed dead after being infected with Coronavirus.
The former Oyo State governor reportedly died at 70 of COVID-19 complication.
In a video that has popped up online, he is heard telling his fellow politicians that he has asked God to kill him when he is 70.
According to him, his own father died a few days to his 70th birthday and he said that he would be okay if he clocks 70 and dies.
The immediate past Oyo State’s governor, Abiola Ajimobi was reportedly on life support since Friday but he, unfortunately, died today, Thursday 25th June at First Cardiology Hospital in Ikoyi, Lagos.
