US-based Ghanaian alternative singer Oh3rma is set to release a brand new single dubbed ‘Me Again’.
Known in real life as Gifty Afram, the 23-year-old New York-born songstress hopes to cause a stir in the industry with the new one.
Aside from being an alternative artiste, Oh3rma also makes afrobeats and RnB music.
According to her, her goal is to “showcase a different side of alternative music to Ghana from a female’s perspective.”
Her music is influenced by the likes of Ghanaians greats including EFYA Nokturnal and foreign maestro’s K. Michelle, and Rihanna
Gifty attended the University at Albany (SUNY Albany) and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biology.
She currently works as a Healthcare Recruiter in New York City. Her love for music started at a tender age and manifested into Musical Theatre.
Oh3rma took a break from music to fulfill academic responsibilities but now is ready for Ghana to know her name. Oh3rma’s first single “Me Again” is expected to be released on April 20, 2021
