Information gathered by The Sun Africa can confirm that Despite Group’s Kwadwo Wiafe is dead.
The Neat FM Drive Time host died at the Nyaho Medical Center in Accra after a short illness today June 4.
The Despite group is a media conglomerate that houses a TV station with numerous radio stations.
Official reports have however come from UTV indicates confirming the incident.
I an Instagram post sighted by The Sun Africa, UTV posted a picture of ‘Favourite MCs MC’, as he is fondly called with the caption “We are sorry to announce to you the passing on of our dear brother and valued colleague, Kwadwo Annor Wiafe well known as ‘Favourite MCs MC’ Wiafe died this morning at Nyaho Medical Centre in Accra after a short illness. More Soon …”
Until his death, Kwadwo was also an astute events MC.
